Our client is seeking an Administrator to provide efficient, professional support across multiple teams within a busy consultancy environment. This role involves a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties and is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business functions.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls, messages and enquiries across all offices
  • Providing administrative support including document formatting, typing and collation
  • Assisting with general project administration
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing communications
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Supporting the archiving of company records
  • Coordinating various internal processes and documentation

Administrator Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Commitment to continual improvement
  • NVQ in Business Administration or similar
  • Background in a professional services or consultancy setting
  • Familiarity with CMap (or similar) software
  • Follows procedures and uses initiative to improve ways of working
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Builds strong working relationships across teams and with external contacts
