We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our client on a 6-month fixed term contract, working on either a hybrid or fully remote basis.

Procurement Specialist - About The Role

You will establish frameworks in categories such as:

  • Estates
  • Maintenance
  • Consultancy
  • Civils

The role involves managing tenders from start to finish and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.

The successful Procurement Specialist will have:

  • Knowledge of the PA23 Act and experience with PCR frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end tender processes.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (desirable).
  • Must have Local Authority experience.
