Job title: Fabric Engineer
Location: Static site in Guildford
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 35,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- Experience within a simialr role
- Building Services experience
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a fabric engineer to be based on a commercial site in Guildford. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
- Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
- Tiling - floors, walls and Carpet tiles
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
