The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
As a Senior CDM Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across the Construction Sectors. Working by yourself and in a larger team you will have support of Architects.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable), Degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferable)
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
