We are looking for a Vehicle Finance Performance Manager to work for one of the UKs top car finance providers. You will get to lead and manage the Finance and Insurance Performance across a designated number of dealer partners in the northern regions.

The team support the sales of new and used vehicles with two of the major car brands in the UK. They offer customer focused finance programmes creating affordability and accessibility to their main brands.

The role will involve

  • Building value with partners and agreeing Finance & Insurance business plans to demonstrate the value it can add to their business and customers.
  • Working with your partners to develop and implement consistent customer focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions, which leads to good customer outcomes.
  • Implementing and managing Total Trade Cycle Management, promoting new and used cars through affordability and best in class customer loyalty processes.
  • Working with partners to enable them to understand the value proactively managing the finance renewal process.
  • Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to include performance, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) and oversight performance data.
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement and further growth.

In order to be considered you will need experience in the following

  • Understanding of vehicle sales process.
  • Knowledge of all consumer finance products (eg PCH, CH, HP etc)
  • Understanding of consumer credit regulation.
  • Sales experience in motor vehicle environment.
