Job Opportunity: Electrical Fitter - Rail Modifications ProgrammeWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Fitter to join our ongoing modification programme on ScotRail HST coaches at the Cadder depot, located just north of Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital rail project, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week (most workers are averaging 45 hours). The contract runs until the end of the year.Role Details:Location: Cadder depot, north of GlasgowHours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayContract Length: Until the end of the yearRate: Approx £26 - £28 per hour (umbrella) DOE, PAYE options also available.Key Responsibilities:Perform electrical modifications on trains, including:Relaying wiresChanging lighting systemsConducting electrical repairs on doorsOccasional general fitting tasks as requiredCandidate Requirements:Experience: Preferably from a rolling stock backgroundQualifications: Must have a strong electrical background with relevant qualificationsLocation: Ideally living close to the depot near Glasgow.
