Part time Accounts Administrator required for well-established engineering consultancy based in Hadleigh. Working alongside a small, friendly team in a pleasant, modern environment, the successful candidate will be processing payments, matching invoices to delivery notes, preparing monthly payment run, processing CIS returns and filing invoices. He or she will also assist with other general tasks including data entry, liaising with suppliers, maintaining customer records and meeting and greeting visitors to reception. The role will suit someone who is used to multi-tasking with competent computer skills and the ability to provide great, personalised customer service. 21 hours per week over 3 days (days to suit) Salary 14 p/hr.
