The successful applicant will have:
- You’ll have experience as a manager within a hospitality or care background
- You’ll love people – and as a result, have great interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills

- Manage multiple priorities to ensure the residents receive an engaging candidate experience.
- Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Self-motivated and confident
- Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Strong customer service skills
