Are you a Business Development Executive looking to join a dynamic team. Would you like to be a crucial part of supporting customers and representatives by understanding their needs, identifying solutions, and providing technical support primarily through digital platforms like MS Teams. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships, build business opportunities, and collaborate effectively with the sales team. This role does involve some travel overseas so a valid passport and driving license is essential.

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Customer Support and Technical Assistance: Provide ongoing support to enable management and manage third-party sales channels. Offer technical support and generate quotations for distributor enquiries.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Identify and qualify additional sales channels and distribution customers. Engage with customers through social media to enhance business connections.
  • Sales Promotion: Create and support webinars, participate in both virtual and real conferences, and prepare presentations and content for social media channels.
  • Product Management: Gather and interpret customer feedback and conduct competitive analysis to guide product development and positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a sales role with technical knowledge involving significant customer interaction.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to explain products and services.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
  • Full driver’s licence and a valid passport as overseas travel is required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
