Are you excellent at building rapport with customers and passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service? This new vacancy is immediately available due to internal promotion and will give you the chance to work in a lively customer service environment with a great team.

Job duties of the Customer Services Advisor are to:

  • Process Customer orders, returns, queries and enquiries
  • Monitor back orders and offering alternative products to fulfil orders
  • Offer Customers other services or promotions which add value to their business
  • Resolve complaints or disputes
  • Work with colleagues in the Purchasing and Operations departments to resolve stock shortages and delivery issues
  • Build a rapport and maintain a professional telephone approach with every Customer
  • Update Customer information during and after every call

Skills and experience required for the Customer Services Advisor are:

  • Telephone Customer Service experience
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Engaging personality and excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross selling opportunities (not essential)
  • Willingness to make occasional outbound calls
