Role Overview:
As an Individual Needs Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting a student with additional needs. You'll provide personalised support to help the student stay focused, engaged with their learning, and develop valuable life skills such as resilience and effective coping strategies. You'll work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the student's needs are met in a safe and encouraging environment.
Your contributions will be vital in supporting the student's development in areas like social skills, emotional regulation, and academic participation, all within a caring and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities as an Individual Needs Assistant:
- Provide behaviour and pastoral support to the student.

- Meet the individual needs of the student through a practical, hands-on approach.
- Ensure the safeguarding of students, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
