As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will work closely with children who require additional support, providing tailored assistance to help them navigate both their academic and social development. You will facilitate interventions, encourage positive behaviours, and work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing environment for all students.
What we're looking for:
- Passion for working with primary school-aged children
- Experience or interest in supporting children with learning or emotional needs
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, individualised support
