HRGO Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our well-established clients based in East Sussex. Our clients specialise in providing tailored cleaning strategies that reduce plastic use, optimise processes, and minimise environmental impact.The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting department managers with general administration tasks.
General Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchasing contracts, invoices, and correspondence
- Input data into relevant software systems and databases
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents
- Assist in transferring data between systems ensuring integrity during the migration process.
- Assist with general administration tasks across departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
