About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school team in Hailsham, providing tailored support to pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, or physical needs. This role is essential in helping children overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with children with special educational needs to ensure they feel valued and supported.
Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs.
Assisting with classroom activities, adapting resources, and promoting engagement.
Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized learning plans.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:
