We are seeking a Caretaker for an established College in Halesowen, covering six college properties.
The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and out-of-hours work.

Candidates should have experience in janitorial, maintenance, or handyman roles, along with general cleaning duties.

We are looking for a Caretaker to join the team of an established College based in Halesowen,This will be based across 6 college properties, helping to provided high quality building maintenance and safety.

Caretaker

Monday to Friday
40 Hours per week
Halesowen/West midlands
Occasional weekend and out of hours work

As a Caretaker, your main duties will be:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene with the emphasis on toilets and communal areas.
Replenishing supplies i.e., soap, toilet paper
Spillages to be cleaned up immediately.
Stairwells, corridors and foyers to be kept free from debris.
Check behind radiators, pipework and window ledges to ensure kept free from debris.

Support the grounds team to ensure all external grounds are kept clean and tidy.

As a Caretaker, you will need experience in:

Janitor, Maintenance man, Handyman roles
General cleaning duties
