What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their main point of contact. Our clients are worldwide and many in developing countries like Africa, International travel and previous experience travelling with work would be beneficial.Â
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client objectives and business goals.
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, performance, and results.
- Track and analyse account performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Strategic or Key Sales Account Management, with a flair for selling value propositions and business concepts.
- A solid background in delivering client solutions, ideally within fully integrated MRO supply solutions in partnership with corporate clients.
- A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations in complex markets.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Power Bi; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of establishing and maintaining contacts at all levels within key clients.
