Credit Controller - Full-Time Permanent Position!

We are currently recruiting for an experience Credit Controller to join a well-established company at their headquarters. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering strong remuneration benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing high volume of live accounts, handling debt collection via telephone, email and written communication.

- Resolving invoice queries by liaising with customers and internal sales teams.

- Conducting credit checks for new customers and those requesting increased credit limits.

- Handling referrals to debt collection agencies and taking legal proceedings as necessary.

- Working towards debt collection targets & KPI's outlined by company,

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience within an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control position.

- Strong telephone manner

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal teams effectively

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, (Excel) and finance software systems.

- Good attention to detail and ability to resolve complex queries efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Ability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of credit risk management and relevant legislation is advantageous.

- Strong negotiation skills with experience in handling difficult conversations around debt management.
