I am seeking an experienced and creative E-Learning Consultant to drive the development and implementation of digital learning solutions. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development , you will be responsible for designing, creating, and optimising e-learning content that aligns with the organisation's strategic learning objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging the latest learning technologies, and ensuring an engaging and effective digital learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative e-learning programs to support business objectives.

  • Work closely with the Head of L&D to align e-learning initiatives with overall learning strategies.

  • Develop engaging, interactive, and accessible learning content using various digital tools and platforms.

  • Assess learning needs and recommend digital solutions that enhance training effectiveness.

  • Evaluate and optimise existing e-learning content to ensure engagement, relevance, and impact.

  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into user-friendly learning modules.

  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access and functionality.

  • Monitor and analyse learning data and feedback to improve digital learning offerings.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital learning, instructional design, and learning technologies.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices for e-learning adoption.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing e-learning solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning technologies, and multimedia development tools.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).

  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible learning content.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning effectiveness and user engagement.
