Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Primary School in Halesowen. This Primary School requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

The successful candidates will be enthused by making a difference to the lives of young people. If you like a challenege where everyday is different then this may be the perfect role for you. No two days are the same working within Education & the impact you have on each young persons life can be life changing in many ways.

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

- Previous expereince working with challenging behaviour - desireable School Based.

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties

- Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
