We are currently working in partnership with a local manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Co-ordinator.This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £27,088.50.The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting with employee lifecycle processes including updating starters and leavers on the system Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completionUpdating and maintaining the time and attendance system along with any other data systemsAssisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packsSupporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and trainingAssisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system

Experience required:Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queriesAbility to manage HR inboxOrganise training and induction packs for new starters
