The Role:

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor/Partner, you will take on a diverse and stimulating caseload of contentious probate matters, with the support and resources to grow the department. Recognising the significant potential in this practice area, the firm is keen to position itself as a leading provider in contentious probate.

About You:

  • You are an experienced solicitor capable of managing your own caseload independently
  • Ideally, you have prior management experience and a history of building and developing teams
  • You must be operating at Senior Associate or Partner level, and ACTAPS accreditation is highly desirable
