Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner

Location: Halesowen

Remuneration: 55,000 - 65,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between the operational team and the finance function. You will work closely with the COO and Directors, providing them with financial analysis and insight to support the company's growth agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the operational team to challenge working assumptions and collaborate to achieve objectives.
  • Identify underperforming services and collaborate with the team to review staffing structures and costs, driving performance improvement.
  • Lead cost control initiatives within the division.
  • Participate in finance reviews with the senior leadership team when required.
  • Attend divisional meetings and visit sites to gain an understanding of the services provided.
  • Ensure the team is focused on revenue growth by assisting the Revenue Manager in setting fees for the division.
  • Prepare annual budgets, periodic reforecasts, and capex papers for the Division.
  • Analyse and report on potential acquisitions as required.
  • Complete ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
  • Similar commercial experience required.
  • Multi-site experience is essential.
  • IT literate - Microsoft Office (ideally advanced Excel skills).
  • Well-organised and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
