Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time/Part time, a minimum of three days per week, including Mondays and Fridays as mandatory days
Location: Near Halesowen
Salary: £23,000-£26,000 FTE per annum

We are exclusively recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, a well-established professional services company based in modern offices near Halesowen. Ourclient is looking for a confident and highly organised individual to become a key part of afriendly team. As the first point ofcontact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while deliveringexceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
Duties include:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and callers with a professional and friendly approach, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with administration tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and processing card payments.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between employee and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing enquiries and providing necessary support.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organised workplace.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, managing daily office tasks efficiently.
- Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritising workload, and maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
