We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a HR team within a successful food manufacturing business , delivering a proactive and effective HR service across the site. The HR Manager will partner closely with managers and supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of operational change programs, HR projects, employee relations, coaching, and policy implementation.This role is site based at Halesworth We are looking for someone for an immediate start Benefits -31 days Annual leave including bank holidays4x Life insurance Private medical 5% pension Principal Accountabilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the site’s people plan to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the site union to foster positive employee relations.
  • Advise on company policies, legislative compliance, and best practices.
  • Deliver HR project outcomes, including reviewing agency labour models and introducing new HR solutions.
  • Manage employee relations cases fairly and consistently.
  • Provide leadership, set objectives, and coach the HR team.
  • Drive recruitment strategies, including local talent attraction and alternative methods.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Extensive HR experience in food manufacturing would be ideal.
  • MCIPD qualification.
  • Strong background in driving HR change initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of employment law and best HR practices.
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and drive team performance.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
