- Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of Employee Relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
- Partner with line managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead investigations and manage casework, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
- Proactively identify potential ER issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for managers on ER best practices.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong background in ER case management.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
