My client is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) to join thier dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving positive change and fostering a productive work environment.This position is fully on site based Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of Employee Relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • Partner with line managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead investigations and manage casework, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
  • Proactively identify potential ER issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for managers on ER best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong background in ER case management.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
