About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead our estimation efforts, playing a pivotal role in securing major projects in the steel industry. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and competitive tenders, engaging with clients, collaborating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring effective communication across our supply chain. Your ability to interpret technical specifications and apply your commercial expertise will be key to delivering winning bids.
About You:
Are you an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager with a background in steel construction? Perhaps you've also gained insights from roles in project management or design, which enhance your ability to excel in this position. Ideally, you have worked with a specialist steelwork contractor and have a strong understanding of steel products, construction specifications, and tender processes. As a collaborative leader, your ability to work effectively with both colleagues and operational teams will be essential to our success.
