A well-known Charity based in the Halifax area are currently seeking an experienced administrator join their team and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the office.

Job Description

Your job purpose is to provide a range of administrative duties within the service in order to help the charity run smoothly by drawing on a wealth of personal and professional experiences.

The right candidate will posses a set of professional values that align with those of the charity those being: Honest, committed and inventive.

Key Duties for the role include:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service and be able to respond via all technological means.
  • Where relevant contribute to maintaining and monitoring the service lone working system within recovery centres and where applicable community delivery venues.
  • Be a precise minute taker in meetings.
  • Be aware legalities and audit requirements and maintain company records with attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date of company policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must be financially aware and be able to keep petit cash up to date.
  • Be team player and promote the values of the company values and core beliefs which should reflect in your work

About you

  • Previous experience in similar role that requires attention to detail and customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and audit requirements.
  • Ability to collate and disseminate information and read between the lines.
  • Experience in cash handling, petty cash reconciliation and generic admin duties
  • IT literate and can multitask.
  • Understand the values of the charity.
