Role Overview

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our growing e-commerce business. You’ll be first in the building leading the charge in creating, managing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Criteo/AdRoll, Amazon Ads, and retail media networks like Walmart, eBay, and B&Q.

Operating across multiple regions - including the EU, UK, US, and UAE - you’ll develop regionally tailored strategies that maximise ROAS and align with our overall business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and platform capabilities, you’ll ensure we stay competitive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for innovation, a data-first mindset, and the ability to adapt to diverse markets and emerging advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel performance campaigns across a range of platforms including Google & Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Retail Media Platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, B&Q, eBay Ads, and others.
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards).
  • Identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
  • Adapt campaigns for regional markets (EU, UK, US, UAE) to account for language, cultural nuances, and local regulations.
  • Develop tailored strategies for niche platforms and retail-specific media functionality.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Partner with product and logistics teams to align marketing with inventory and fulfilment strategies.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting insights, progress, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Amazon Ads, and Criteo/AdRoll.
  • Familiarity with retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, B&Q, or similar).
  • An appreciation of the differences between similar markets with a focus on regional nuances in the EU, UK, US, and UAE markets.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and technologies.
  • Experience working in e-commerce and marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
