As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives to drive growth and maximise performance. You’ll coach, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on hitting targets and achieving collective success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development & Coaching: Lead and develop the Services Sales team, instilling effective sales strategies and creating a culture of hard work and success.
  • Motivate & Inspire: Build resilience and strong relationships, motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continued improvement.
