Join this team and use your expertise to make a true difference in the learners' lives.In this role, your key areas of focus will be:This is a role focused on ensuring the quality of the financial data produced and its effective communication with the Executive Leadership, CFO, and Governors for three primary schools and the central budget.
- Manage all finance issues, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and banking matters, ensuring the production of accurate and timely information.
- Prepare management accounts and reports for the key stakeholders
- Present and communicate financial information to various leadership and management audiences, confidently addressing any questions.
- Ensure all aspects of the academy's financial management are operated and developed to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and advice to leaders and management on all financial matters.
- Assist other academies within the trust on an ad hoc basis
To be successful in this role, you will need to be AAT level 4 qualified at a minimum, with proven experience in financial management. You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work collaboratively to build effective relationships. Your experience must display strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of financial systems and software.In return, they offer:
