Job Title - Estimator / QS
Location: Halifax
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 plus package
Our client is a specialist roofing company offering a range of roof installation services for commercial properties.
Our client, a leading roofing company, is looking for an experienced Estimator / QS to join their team in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that specialises in residential and commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
- Manage costs, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects.
- Assess and measure materials required for projects.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estimating and quantity surveying within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Package:
- Competitive salary of 50,000 - 55,000.
