About the organisation:

You will be working for a leading organisation that specialises in the development of pharmaceutical products.

About the Job:

As OpEx Lead you will be responsible for driving the site Operational Excellence strategies. You will work with the Site Leadership Team to drive continuous quality and productivity improvements.

The position is hybrid and the package includes a car allowance.

  • You will develop a Continuous Improvement methodology to assist with improvement goals.
  • You will lead business improvement initiatives such as OEE uplift, TPT reduction, Yield uplift and project execution.
  • You will maintain an understanding of site's OpEx needs and ensure sustained OpEx engagement.

About you:

You will be degree qualified with a social science, business or scientifically focused degree qualification. You will have completed further training in change management, project management coaching, 6 sigma, or lean methodologies.

  • A good understanding of medicine manufacture and GMP.
  • Six sigma or lean manufacturing qualification is desired.
  • Change initiative experience is also desirable.
