Are you a HSE Manager or similar with a background in Structural Steel projects or similar looking to join a growing company taking charge of the Environment, Health & Safety aspects of the companies offices, workshop and project sites while being provided training, a company car a a host of great company benefits including a good pension and a profit based bonus?
On offer is the opportunity to join a family run company established over 50 years ago who have grown into a successful business working on big projects such as hospitals, universities and high rise buildings. The company is an Employee Owned Trust so look after their staff and provide a variety of benefits such as yearly profit based bonus.
This role will revolve around managing the Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of the companies manufacturing site, offices and active projects. Taking over from the last HSE manager working aloside a Quality Manager to ensure that all processes are up to date, being followed and appropriate in context of a maufacturing or construction environment.
This role would suit a HSE Manager or similar with an IOSH qualification and a background in Construction or Manufacturing looking to take a leading role in safety and standards for a long running company that can provide a range of beneits including trainign, compnay car and bonuses.

- Monitoring Health and Safety
- Carrying out Audits
- Updating and creating policies
- Occasional Travel to Sites
