This role is for an Interim HR Manager for an initial 6 month FTC, who will be responsible for leading and managing complex Employee Relation issues. The successful candidate will have manage a small team and have a strategic focus, with an ability to manage daily HR operations and deliver HR services.

Description

  • Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective HR services
  • Manage complex casework
  • Support HR team in ER.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven working experience in HR management or other HR senior roles
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations.
  • Healthcare or public sector background would be ideal but not essential.
  • Proficient understanding of labour law and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to start in the next few weeks.
