Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established firm based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, annual pay reviews and bonus schemes, and discounted legal services.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will also be responsible for:

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
  • Advising on and negotiating landlord and tenant agreements.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents and contracts.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial property matters. You will also:

  • Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload.
  • Possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be commercially astute and client-focused.
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
