Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimating Manager - Fit Out & FF&E will involve:
- Estimating Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Responsible for the Estimating Department, ensuring that estimates are produced with accuracy and to the highest standard whilst policies and procedures are adhered to
- Review and sign off tenders with values up to £5m
- Liaising with clients to gain an understanding of project scope and requirements
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects
- Negotiating with suppliers for payment terms and competitive rates
- Attend pre-contract meetings as and when required
- Fully brief and handover successfully won projects to the Design and Contracts departments
The ideal applicant will be an Estimating Manager - Fit Out & FF&E with
- Must have Estimating experience within the furniture installation market sector
- Must have some people management skills
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
