About the Role As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will:? Deliver high-quality OT interventions that foster independence and well-being.? Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans.? Conduct assessments to identify strengths and challenges in daily living activities.? Provide both one-to-one and group therapy sessions to enhance social participation.? Lead the development of OT pathways and contribute to service-wide improvements.? Occasionally travel to support our multisite services.Key Responsibilities?? Manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of the Lead Occupational Therapist.?? Develop, implement, and review therapy goals tailored to each service user.?? Promote community engagement through meaningful activities.??
