Quality Manager

This position requires a dedicated Quality Manager who can effectively oversee and manage all quality assurance systems within an manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to implement corrective measures that promote top-notch quality control in our Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description

• Oversee and manage all quality assurance systems within the manufacturing setting.
• Implement effective corrective measures to ensure optimal quality control.
• Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to achieve department goals.
• Ensure all operational processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of quality control systems.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality control issues.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and generate detailed reports.

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to lead by example.
