We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our branch in Halifax.

Connex Education Partnership is one of the most established education recruitment and training providers in the UK. We’ve been building our reputation in the market since 1999.

Our Key Account Managers are based in Halifax and specialise in managing our Master Vendor agreements with our Multi Academy Trust partners across the North and Midlands. Working with all schools in one trust, you will be responsible for filling all teaching and support roles, from daily cover supply teachers to long-term and permanent hires. You will be recruiting, vetting and deploying your own staff, as well as working with our agency partners to ensure that no roles go unfilled.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coaching and mentoring of your resourcing consultant, as well as recruiting your own staff.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Source candidates by using our market leading candidate attraction methods
  • Interview candidates for both day to day and Long-Term roles
  • Understand our stringent compliance procedures, whilst clearing candidates as quickly as possible
  • Ensuring our systems and trackers are up to date

You must be/have

  • Drive to provide a high level of customer service to candidates.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to think outside of the box.
  • Excellent personal skills and must be passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
