Academics, a leading recruitment agency based in Halifax, is looking for a fantastic Behaviour Support Worker to join a friendly school in Huddersfield!
Do you have a passion for working with children and a background in sports, dance, or a similar activity?
In this full-time role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with children in a positive and motivating way.
- Supporting teachers in creating a well-managed classroom.
- Encouraging good behaviour and helping children develop positive social skills.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
- Brings a positive and energetic attitude to the role.
- Has a sports background, dance experience, or a similar activity that can be used to engage children.
- Is a strong communicator and team player.
- Is committed to safeguarding children.
The successful candidate will be offered:
- A competitive salary of 100 per day (full-time contract).
