Safeguarding and Pastoral Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced practitioner to join their team as a Pastoral and Safeguarding Manager at their two-form entry primary school based in Halstead. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working term time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. This opportunity is offering a salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience.

You will play a crucial role in providing pastoral support, fostering well being, and delivering exceptional care to their pupils and their families. The key responsibilities will include supporting pupils to enable high levels of achievement and personal welfare. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
