Market 36 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Halstead, on a permanent basis.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a versatile, proactive individual who thrives in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers at client sites, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, and managing general administrative duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling workers at client sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Writing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- General administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Using Excel to update and manage spreadsheets.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting operational issues.
Experience, Education & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Resilient, with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
- Willingness to get stuck in and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
- Full-time, office-based role with stable working hours, Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1700
