Your new companyHays are delighted to partner with a well established property company looking to add an experienced management accountant to their already busy finance team. The organisation specialise in supporting local communities, charities and property developers and are looking for an established accountant to come in and support with the ongoing duties to support the business growth.Your new roleReporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks which revolve around preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and reporting and well as cash flow management, providing analysis on cost and profitability and liaising with the operational team to offer financial advice on business performance.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be considered for the role, you will need to have a proven track record of management accounting or financial reporting and have strong stakeholder management skills. You will have strong excel skills and ideally have worked with systems such as Oracle or SAP.
