Location: Blantyre G72

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Purpose:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Management Accountant with day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance function. This role will initially focus on administrative duties, providing you with a strong foundation for your career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Inputting data into the purchase ledger
  • Inputting data into the sales ledger
  • Managing daily post
  • Assisting with other general office administrative tasks
  • You will also cover holidays and absences for other team members, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
