Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Home Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
- Administer medication as required and directed by health care professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident's health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be located in the UK with the right to work (sponsorship not provided).
