Description
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations in line with KPI's
- Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space
- Coordinate stores warehouse logistics and dispatch processes
- Work closely with the logistics team on process improvements
- Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in the ERP system
- Supervise, train and develop warehouse staff
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and functional
- Ensure Quality Management
Profile
A successful Warehouse Team Leader should have experience of a Warehouse Team Lead role in fast moving manufacturing facility.
- Previous warehouse leadership experience (min 1 year)
- Technical ability in Excel skills
- Previous use of an ERP System
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Manual Handling
- Highly Computer Literate
- Fork lift License
- Experience of risk management assessment
