Your Role As An Engineering Team Leader:* Engineering Team Leader / Supervisor role - Permanent Backs shift pattern - Monday to Friday ONLY * Managing, leading and supervising a team of engineers * Assist / work alongside the engineering manager to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime and carry out continuous improvement.
