Sales Executive required to drive B2B sales maintaining and building our client portfolio. The Sales Executive must be highly organised, target driven with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our client base through lead generation, business development and recruitment solutions.
  • Utilise channels to generate leads, including cold calling, referrals and digital platforms.
  • Initiate contact with prospects in our target industries, qualifying their recruitment needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and fulfilling their needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities, maintaining a competitive position in the market.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to ensure clarity and transfer of information is seamless and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for B2B sales and relationship building.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and qualify industry specific jobs with potential clients.
  • Proven experience handling client relationships via phone/in person.
