Position: Service ManagerReporting to: Regional ManagerLocation: South LanarkshireService: Autism SupportSalary: £39,000 - £43,000Responsibilities:* Train and development manager and teams to ensure a constant high quality of support in like with the organisations policies and procedures and governing bodies such as Care Inspectorate and SSSC. Promote continuous development.* Gain a strong understanding and ensure needs are met for people with autism and their families.* Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders.* Promote the organisations values and participate in the community to support better outcomes, in turn contributing to the growth of the service.* Participate in audits, budget control and service design.* Support the recruitment process in line with safer recruitment.Requirements:* Hold SVQ4 in Health and Social Care or equivelant.* Hold 3-5 years' experience within the health and social care sector.* Management experience within the health and social care sector.* A strong knowledge and understanding of autism support.* Decision making, knowledge in budgeting, excellent communication skills, leading a team with training support.
