Role: Senior PractitionerLocation: South LanarkshireService: Autism SupportSalary: £33,000 - £36,500Reporting to the Services Manager, this role is to support practitioner teams to deliver high quality support to autistic individuals.Key Responsibilities:* To lead and develop both autism services and team practitioners to deliver the highest quality of support in line with Care Inspectorate and SSSC* Ensure a supported care environment, meeting each individuals care needs and health and social care standards.* Staff management - ensure staff are trained to be able to achieve short term and long term objectives, rotas, support with disciplinaries where necessary, identify areas for improvement and contribute in 1:1 meetings* Provide on call support * Financial management and budget monitoring* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders* Carry out auditsRequirements/Experience* SVQ4 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) and Leadership and Management certificate* A strong understanding and knowledge of autism* Experience in management or a team leader role* Rota management* IT skillsRole is subject to PVG disclosure check.
